I do apologise for the slack entries of late, I've been crazily caught up in the silly season. In the meantime, do enjoy - or in the absence of enjoyment, ''read' will suffice - my latest delirium-riddled column. It's on New Years Resolutions. One of which will be to come up with original column topics.
Ehem.
Pass the eggnog.

... thanks to my genetically-inherited inability to get out of bed without a 32-piece orchestra playing Vivaldi.
Tell me about it. I mean, sure, I spring out of bed every morning to a string quartet playing Mozart's Eine Kleine Nachtmusik, but it's just not the same, is it? It's got to be The Four Seasons or nothing!
Life is an inherently disappointing experience.
You sound like you have very cool grandpas, though. Merry Christmas!
I am giving up smoking - of course - for New Year, and drinking 8 glasses of water a day. I'm also going to research the phenon...phenom...phenomim...miracle of flying pigs.
Merry Christmas!
Damn straight.
Well, I did have a very cool grandpa (just the one) but sadly he died a couple of years back. Wow, way to bring a conversation down! Anyhoo, on the positive side, it's his crazy sayings that always stay with me. One of the last times I saw him I remember telling him I was pregnant with the Cay-man. He at first shook his finger at me, saying 'The world's overpopulated you know', then a moment later seemed to recall the fact that he has fathered over 10 kids, scratched his head and said 'Hmmm...I guess I'm not one to talk.'
Merry Christmas to you too. :-)
Miss - Oh you go you good thing!! I'll happily share my own research findings with you, if that helps things along. xx
