Ella's first visit from the tooth fairy!!!

Why, oh why, do I feel so sad?

UPDATE: It gets better. Tim just accidentally tipped our daughter's first tooth down the sink.

I swallowed on of mine and we went to GREAT lengths to try and find it...

Yikes! We resorted to putting a piece of rice in the glass instead - thankfully she didn't notice. :-)

I remember when I was little there was a devious kid who lived around the corner, one of the lackeys of the rival neighbourhood gang. Anyway, one day he found a stone that looked like a tooth and left it out for the tooth fairy, and the next morning discovered that the tooth fairy had left him Monopoly money. Classic.

Yeah my dad accidentally tipped one of my first teeth down the sink- and he had to sit down and write a letter to the toothfairy to prove that it really did fall out, and that he was very very sorry.

The toothfairy bought the story, and more importantly so did I!

Years later i found out that the "toothfairy" flushed all our teeth down the sink after the 20c had been left anyway!

Too funny, but I have to say this, the tooth fairy sends us BROKE here..and Sarah is wiggling her next tooth to come out so the toothfairy can give her some dosh too...well ya know, I may have to go get a loan here LOL

rachy - that IS classic. Gees, I could really use that onstage... ;-)

Louise - how funny. I guess we all believe what we want to believe at the end of the day.

Cazzie - I've already noticed the little entrepreneur go off in Ella's head, realising the possibilities. i.e. that the Tooth Fairy is like a Cash Converters for the cash-strapped under 7's. See? Kids really DON'T help the economy...
